We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Security Guard with Flash Security Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate must be professional, observant, calm under pressure, and capable of responding effectively to emergencies and incidents.

Main Responsibilities
Patrol assigned premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence.
Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures.
Assist with emergency response procedures when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
Valid Class G Driver’s Licence (required)
Must be living in or near Hamilton / Brantford
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check (CPIC)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite)
Preferred Qualifications
Use of Force Certification
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial settings
Strong report writing and investigation skills
Experience handling emergency and high-pressure situations
